Construction Oversight

March Development is not only capable of getting the necessary approvals to put a shovel in the ground, but it also works closely with its contractors throughout the construction process. With a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience, March takes pride in making sure a project gets completed efficiently. We consider all aspects of the day-to-day construction and stay in contact with municipalities and neighbors to ensure all matters are handled in an appropriate and considerate manner. Industrial

March has over 1.5mil square feet of industrial space and 700,000 sq ft of refrigerated warehousing under development. From single build-to-suits to master-planned business parks, March's team has the expertise and industry connections to meet the need within this competitive asset class. Our relationships with local business leaders has established March as a developer of choice for multiple municipalities.

Multi-Family

March takes pride in developing sophisticated and comfortable dwellings that encompasses all the best attributes of a site's surroundings. Through thoughtful design and approach, you will see the attention to detail that March takes in each of its multifamily developments.

Self-Storage

With a current 450,000 square feed under development, March started its development path in the self-storage asset class and will continue to focus on a streamlined and disciplined approach of site selection, resulting in a strong development pipeline.

Senior Living

With over 400 units currently under development, March has made it one of its missions to provide seniors with the care that they deserve in state of the art, Class A, facilities.  There is a dire need these types of facilities and March intends to continue to help the state fulfill its unmet need.

This thoughtfully designed site, 144 unit senior living facility, aims to cater to the complete spectrum of senior care, encompassing independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.
